How do I choose the right size?

Fabrics & Care
What fabrics do you use?
We source only premium silks, viscose, French laces, and fine natural fibers, chosen for both their elegance and durability. Each fabric is tested for softness against the skin, comfort in movement, and long-lasting beauty.
How should I care for my lingerie and dresses?
To preserve your pieces, we recommend gentle hand-washing in cool water with a silk-friendly detergent. Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight. Structured dresses may be dry-cleaned. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to maintain the integrity of delicate fabrics.
Orders & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with trusted courier partners. Orders over 150 USD qualify for free shipping, while orders under 150 USD have a shipping fee of 15 USD. Delivery times vary by region and are listed in the Shipping policy. Each order is carefully packaged in a gift box and a transportation box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
When will my order ship?
As a slow fashion brand, we keep little to no stock — most of our pieces are made to order, crafted especially for you. This approach allows us to minimize overproduction and honor a more sustainable way of creating. We kindly ask that you allow 2–5 business days for us to produce and ship your order. In cases where an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. For lingerie bottoms and bodysuits, returns are possible only if hygiene seals remain intact. To start a return or exchange, simply contact our Customer Care team.

Do you offer custom tailoring or made-to-measure?
