Shipping time
We aim to process your order and have it shipped to you as soon as possible, it may take 2-3 business days to ship your order.
When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a link or a tracking number to track your order delivery.
Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.
Order processing time can be extended during public holidays and special offer periods.
Shipping rates
All U.S., Canadian, European, and international orders are shipped via USPS, UPS Express, DPD, NovaPost and Ukrposhta.
Delivery time for US, Canada and European orders is 7-8 Business days.
Delivery time for international orders are 7-12 Business days.
Carrier’s shipping rates:
On All orders over USD 150.00 the shipping is free.
Shipping cost on all orders below USD 150.00 is USD 15.00.

Delivery time
The delivery time is approximately 7-12 business days depending on the destination. These are only estimates. The delivery time will be estimated by the carrier when the order is shipped and you will receive the carrier’s tracking link.
Shipping times are carrier service estimates, we are not responsible for delays that occur on the shipping carrier’s or customs side. Please note that order shipping time can be extended due to public holidays or carrier service interruptions.
Duties & Taxes
All prices do not include international taxes and customs fees. All prices are quoted free of any additional charges. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, which means that your order might be subject to local taxes and duties depending on the destination country’s legislation. Check your country’s import rules before placing your order to avoid unexpected fees and taxes. Please note that the taxes, duties, and customs fees are not refunded.
Wrong address
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors, however, you are solely responsible for providing your address accurately. We do not verify the accuracy of the address provided and are not responsible for any inaccuracies.
Import duties for some countries are stated here as a guidance for your convenience and should be checked with your local customs authorities as they may be a subject of legislation change:
US: No import duty under $800 from Ukraine. 10% duty on orders over $800. No VAT.
UAE: 5% import duty on all clothing from Ukraine. 5% VAT on value (total of the item value, shipping cost, insurance) + duty.
Qatar: 5% import duty on all clothing from Ukraine. No VAT. Parcels under QAR 1,000 usually duty-free.
EU: Import duties apply on all orders from Ukraine. VAT applies on orders over €150.
UK: No import duty under £135 from Ukraine. Standard import duty applies over £135. 20% VAT applies on total value plus duty.
Please note that shipping costs may be also included in the customs value.
