Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
Items that are not eligible for return:
• Gift Certificates.
• Final Sale items.
Order Editing and Cancellation
We can edit or cancel your order up until it has left our warehouse. Unfortunately, once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot edit or cancel it. Please note that shipping from our warehouse does not mean shipping from the carrier's warehouse, it precedes shipping from the carrier's warehouse. Therefore, order editing or cancellation is usually possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
To make a return:
• Make sure your item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags, labels attached, and free of odor, stains, and damage. Keep paper tags in their original condition. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
• Contact our customer support team with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return at care@peachpeach.com to receive a shipping address, and instructions. Returns will only be accepted when shipped to the address provided by us.
• We recommend that you package your item securely to avoid damage and ship it to us with tracking and insurance of your choice at your expense.
• Please provide us with the tracking number at care@peachpeach.com so that we can process your return more quickly.
• Please do not return your purchase without first contacting our customer service.
Use a reliable carrier to return your purchase to avoid damage or loss of the item during shipping.
We cannot refund returns that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Please ensure that the return reaches us within 20 business days of the date of the return request.
Shipping Costs
Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling costs.
We are not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
To be eligible for a refund:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags including paper tags, and free of odor, stains, or damage.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. The next step is to verify that your return meets our return policy. It may take up to 3 business days for the return to be processed from the time it arrives at our warehouse.
If your return is approved for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original card/payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
You will receive emails at each stage of the process.
While we aim to process your refund within 3 days of your return being approved, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method you used and your credit card company.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please email us detailed photos of the item along with your order number to care@peachpeach.com for instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the existing item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you and you wish to return it, you will receive a gift certificate for the amount of your refund.
